15th Annual Meeting
August 29, 2020
After much discussion, the OAR Board of Directors has made the informed decision to go virtual with the 2020 Annual Meeting. The meeting program has been slightly reduced and will take place on Saturday, August 29th and will remain CME accredited.
While we are disappointed we will not have the opportunity to interact and network in-person, the health and safety of all attendees, faculty, staff and industry partners was paramount in our decision.
Online registration for the virtual meeting is now open and we encourage you to register today to receive the early-discounted rate! Additional information regarding the virtual meeting platform is coming soon.
Registration Fee Includes:
- Entrance to scientific sessions
- Entrance to selected breakout session

Early Registration Deadline
Meeting registration forms must be received by the OAR Executive Office by 8/6/2020 to receive the discounted early registration rate. All forms received after this deadline will be assessed the regular registration fee.
Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to the OAR Executive Office by 8/6/2020. All refund requests will be subject to a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be made after 8/6/2020.
